- Order Processing and Delivery
Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Mexico within 1–2 business days.
Shipping: We partner with reputable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.
Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays: We monitor shipments closely. Should your order exceed the standard delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier within 48 hours. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we guarantee a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment, at your discretion.
- Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In compliance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Airswungbloom until the items are physically received by you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier). Ownership transfers to you upon physical delivery. - Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)
Under European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged or Defective Items & Dispute Resolution
We take great pride in our quality control.
Procedure: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us via email at hanging@airswungbloom.com as soon as possible, attaching photographic evidence.
Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a full refund or a complimentary replacement immediately.
Customer Agreement (Dispute Protocol): To ensure the best possible resolution, you agree to contact Airswungbloom directly via our support email to resolve any issues before initiating a formal chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider. We are committed to responding to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airswungbloom shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For our European customers, we adhere to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico City, without prejudice to your right to seek legal remedies in your local jurisdiction as provided by EU law. - Changes to Terms
