- Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Mexico City.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Transit Time: Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days via our logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Duty & Tax (DDP): We utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model for all shipments to Europe. This means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your package.
Tracking: You will receive automated email notifications containing tracking information at key milestones, including dispatch, transit updates, and final delivery status.
Delivery Issues: We pride ourselves on transparent communication. If your order exceeds the standard transit timeframe of 14 days, please contact us immediately at hanging@airswungbloom.com. We will initiate a formal inquiry with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement shipment at your preference.
- Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in Europe have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day of delivery without providing a reason.
Notification: To exercise this right, please email us at hanging@airswungbloom.com within the 14-day window.
Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return Costs: Please be advised that since our primary warehouse is located in Mexico, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at hanging@airswungbloom.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: To expedite your request, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (including the product and the outer packaging). Once verified, we will process your request for a replacement or a full refund. You are not required to return the damaged item.
